Mice were immunized with antigen grade Human IgE

and the spleen and lymph node lymphocytes were

fused to form hybridomas. Specificity of antibody has

been tested using ELISA. The product reacts with

Human IgE with no significant reactivity with Human

IgG, IgM, or IGA. Antibody was purified from tissue

culture fluid using Protein A affinity column. Purified

anti-Human IgE antibody is supplied as unlabeled or

conjugated to Biotin, FITC, or HRP.

Form and Storage

The antibody is supplied in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.1%

sodium azide, either lyophilized (0.1 mg) or liquid

form. Reconstitute powder in PBS to prepare stock

solution. Store at 2-8oC in suitable aliquots. Stability is

~6-12 months. Do not freeze and thaw.
